The service desk route calls through to the WCEL team on all issues or requests they cannot resolve immediately. Additionally, the service desk log requests for the WCEL team to provide assistance to staff for setting up Moodle papers, advice on elearning teaching practice, technological solutions for teaching problems and all other queries or requests for help.
