Troy and I attended Moodle Moot 2010 last week at CPIT, Christchurch. What a great conference (as always!). I had the best group in the New Users Workshop on the first day while Troy was in the Developers workshop with Martin Dougiamous (the lead developer and founder of Moodle).
The programme was packed with lots of great sessions and it took us nearly two hours to give a 'brief' overview to the rest of the team!! I was blown away by the feedback from both my workshop and the presentation I did on how The University of Waikato uses Moodle for PostGrad supervision and other non-teaching spaces.
Of course, it's always a bit hard to get back into work-mode but we're managing OK and can't wait for the next one. Check out these Twitter and Flickr Moot searches :-)

Hi ! I have checked out the photos of the conference at flickr.com . Very Impressive. I have also checked the site http://www.moodlemoot.co.nz/ - Information that you have provided is really very useful (http://docs.moodle.org/en/About_Moodle). Thanks for sharing.
I'm very excited by this news. Our denetrmapt definitely plans to use Poodll with Moodle 2.0. We've been using Moodle 2.0 with about 30 ESL courses and we're very satisfied with the changes made from 1.9 to 2.0. There were some initial bumps with importing older courses, but once we navigated through those issues we were good to go. We're looking forward to including Poodll so that our Moodle will more closely replicate the experience our users have in our on site language lab.
